One person is a beautiful cosmetic surgeon, Yoon Mi-Joo (Kim Jung-Eun) and happens to fall in love with a gangster, Ha Kang Jae (Lee Suh-Jin). While this situation is hard enough, it gets slightly complicated when Kang Jae’s boss’s son, Sae-Yun (Jung Chan), also happens to fall in love with Mi-Joo.
