Yoon Shi-Yun (Kim Tae-Hee) is one of the most powerful members of the non-human group, Nine-Tailed Fox. She lives undercover in the human world posing as an employee for a natural history museum. However, at night, she becomes one of the fox warriors put in charge of preserving the balance between humans and fox.
Kang Min-Woo (Jo Hyun-Jae) is an inspector assigned to destroy the members of the Nine-Tailed Fox. As he begins investigating a murder case, Moo Young (Jun Jin) sends Shi-Yun to kill him off. Right when Shi-Yun is about to kill Young, she realizes he is her childhood friend whom she thought was dead! She spares him his life and eventually falls in love with him.
Young is another powerful fox who is likely to become the group’s next chief. He also is madly in love with Shi-Yun. As Min-Woo and Shi-Yun begin to fall in love, Young boils with jealousy. To make matters worse, one of the sacred Nine-Tailed Fox rules prohibits foxes from falling in love with humans!
Chae Lee (Han Yae-Seul) is a fox with the unique ability to change her appearance. She has a sexy, seductive appearance which naturally makes her popular around men. However, she is only concerned about winning the love of Young’s heart. However, will this love survive even if Young also happens to be the son of the man who ruined Lee’s family?
